Those modular constructions are entirely customizable and can be used for homes, offices, schools, warehouses, tourist resorts, etc. They can be single or multiple stories, adaptable to the local architecture, culture and conditions.  The isolation is exemplary and can sustain temperature between -50 and +50 degrees Celsius.

All these exceptional characteristics explain why they are becoming so popular under all latitudes, in the USA and in other countries, such as Latin America, Africa or Eastern Europe.

One single plant with two assembly lines can produce four (4) modules of approximately 100 square meters each, that is 400 square meters per 8 hours shift and this, at a cost below US $200 per square meter (at US labor and other costs), that include all finishing, roof, room partitions, doors, windows, all pipes and electrical network ready for connection, installed kitchen and bathrooms.  One can only gather that in Mali those costs are substantially less important.

Three (3) months are required to set-up the turnkey plant along with full training of the staff (all local staff) and start production. The site of about 1.9 hectares and production premises are to be provided by the customer.  Approximately 120 persons are required to man two production lines, so generating substantial employment.

If one establishes the selling price at US $400 for instance, the return on each module, based on the US production costs mentioned above, would be of $20,000 that is $80,000 for four modules per 8 hour-day.

The initial plant investment is then amortizable over a production period of about one month.

Last but not least, the initial material is supplied to build the first three modules as part of the turnkey plant project and thereafter all required materials and commodities can be supplied locally, or imported if need be.
