For the certification of a batch:

	Application-Declaration (on our form) comprising the following:
	- Manufacturer's info (name, address, phone, fax)
	- Applicant's info (if not the manufacturer)
	- Tax ID or License of the manufacturer (representative)
	- Exact names of the products to certify, including types and models.
	- HS codes of the products (Harmonized Customs codes).
	User's manual
	Technical specifications
	Existing certificates or/and test reports (most helpful)
	Safety statement from the manufacturer (applicant)

For the certification of one shipment: All the above, plus the following:

	Volume (quantity) of the shipment (most helpful)
	Copy of the contract (depends on the type of product).
	Samples of the product to certify (quantity to be determined)
	Copy of the commercial invoice (most helpful)
